Affordable Web Design

Affordable Web Design

Do you believe web design is or should be affordable? This is a hot topic and some might argue that you get what you pay for. In some instances, that may be true but this all depends on what your business needs are. The fact is, there are many solutions out there to satisfy any business. The fact is Joe Schmoo’s Deli wants to introduce his deli business to the world wide web, he contacts a web development company for a 5 page site only to be told it will cost $1000…..Excuse me!!!! I mean we are talking about a simple, static and informative 5 page site for Joe Schoom’s Deli. There is no reason why such a site should even cost $500. Again, it all depends on your particular business needs and small and local businesses should not be afraid to ask questions when it comes to web design. The average cost of such sites should be between $300 to $500.

This is so true. I get so tired of hearing developers quoting out of this world prices for simple sites or even something that take an hour max. Great post

Yes so true , there are many people still don’t have a clear picture of the prices and that is why many developers ask “what is your budget ?” it means in case that guy don’t know the real price i might have a good catch .

That is why i prefer all those freelancers websites cause it give you a range of prices which allow you to know how much it really cost .

Do you mind if I quote a few of your posts as long as I provide credit and sources back to your webpage? My website is in the very same niche as yours and my visitors would definitely benefit from some of the information you provide here. Please let me know if this okay with you. Regards!

You may do so as long as you quote us as the original source and a link back to our blog

My site looks terrible on a mobile. Is there an straightforward way to make it look far better on a mobile ?

Best way to improve your site for mobile users is to redesign it to mobile standards. There are various mobile platforms that affect your site on a mobile device such as type of browser and flash support

Hiya! Quick question that’s completely off topic. Do you know how to make your site mobile friendly? My blog looks weird when browsing from my iphone. I’m trying to find a template or plugin that might be able to fix this issue. If you have any recommendations, please share. Cheers!

A good looking and functional website doesn’t cost much. Once can be achieved under $500. If you want more features then you have to pay more but even then is can be done under $1000. There are so many platforms out now that allow for this
